Vineyard Heritage Day Commemoration

We are celebrating our heritage with a free community event on Saturday, May 12 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at Gammon Park. Bring your friends, neighbors, and family and come enjoy all the activities, entertainment and heritage Vineyard has to offer. Listen to storytellers, participate in old time games, browse local vendor booths, take a ride in a wagon, enjoy food from our food truck roundup, grab a free ice cream cone and check out the live performers our main stage. Come discover all the historical things that make Vineyard an amazing city. Bring your blankets and chairs and plan to stay a while!

Be sure to come to Vineyard's Heritage Day Commemoration hungry! You’ll be able to order lunch from some of your favorite food trucks. We’ve got a great line-up which includes:

We’ve made sure there will be plenty of parking during the Vineyard Heritage Day Commemoration. Parking will be available at Franklin Discovery Academy parking lot. Please do not park on the street. *Please note that Holdaway Road will be closed on Saturday, May 12 to accommodate food trucks and pedestrian crossing during the event. The road will be closed just along Gammon Park starting at 9:00 am and will reopen after 5:00 pm.
